Remote Scribing/ Visual Facilitation
I am currently working remotely for virtual events and taking part to remote workshops, events and meetings happening worldwide.
I have an application that allows me to share my Ipad screen monitor during the event showing the live scribing process. I can show my screen without taking over the whole screen sharing space, which can keep being used by the Facilitator to show other material.
My digital sketches can sometimes be used immediately as part of the documentation of the process of the meeting and can be modified by interacting with the participants.
The final picture can be the main post-event deliverable summary or something to be included into another formal document.
I am fluent in three languages : English, Italian and Portuguese.
Live Graphic Recording/ Visual Facilitation
I can take part to your event as a Scriber or Graphic Recorder and carefully listen to translate into a visual narrative of words and pictures what is being said.
Hand-drawn scribing can take many forms and happen on multiple formats: foam board, paper, wall or flip charts. I can work on the walls or using easels and adapt my material to the dimension of the room. I can be placed in visible spot of the meeting room so that the participants can witness the process of the speech flow showing the "big picture" of meaning that unfolds in the meeting.
